At IBM and Mainspring, she addressed competitive trends to build practical digital solutions that drive business growth. Her published work at IBM specifically addressed digital disruption in the consumer electronics and retail verticals. At Accenture (Andersen Consulting) and Fidelity Investments, Brigitte designed consumer and employee processes and systems for business automation and integration.
