NYF Television & Film Awards launches e-program mobile app
Attendees of the 2013 TV & Film Awards ceremony taking place 9 April at NAB will have access to a paperless awards program on the go. With a quick scan of the QR code, NYF's mobile app will place all the 2013 award winners selected from 50 countries around the world on their favourite mobile device.
"This is the third year for our mobile app, and it continues our commitment to innovations in technology. From our sophisticated online judging platform, to the streamlined online entry process that accepts full-length program files, NYF is always searching for new ways to honour the World's Best TV Programs & Films. The mobile app is just one more opportunity to recognize the Television & Film industry and showcase exceptional work from around the globe," said Rose Anderson, Executive Director of the International Television & Film Awards.
The NYF e-program mobile app will communicate all of this year's International Television & Film awards program information: Grand Trophy, Gold, Silver, and Bronze award-winning entries, as well as the 2013 Lifetime Achievement Award, Broadcaster of the Year, Production Company of the Year, and United Nations Department of Public Information Awards. NYF screenings will also be included. To view the app: http://www.newyorkfestivals.com/nabshow2013/mobile/
