Asrin begins construction of Chapel Towers in Zonnebloem
Asrin Property Developers has begun construction on the Chapel Towers development in Zonnebloem, Cape Town. Completion of the 10-storey, 90-unit building is expected by the end of 2019.
According to the developer, all the units will have superior finishes and fittings, with engineered stone kitchen countertops, SMEG appliances, porcelain tiles on the floors, Grohe (or similar) bathroom fittings and air-conditioning in the penthouse suites. Units will be light-filled and they will all have views of either Table Mountain, the city or harbour.
Chapel Towers will have a lifestyle deck on the roof, which will have a swimming pool, gym equipment, and outdoor entertainment and braai area. One parking bay per unit has been allocated in the double basement and on the ground-floor level.
Apartment prices range from R1.85m to R2.9m.
