DEA to host Princess Astrid on SA Agulhas II

The Princess and the delegation will tour the SA Agulhas II and also witness the signing of a Letter of Intent to enhance collaboration between the South African National Antarctic Program (SANAP) and the International Polar Foundation (IPF).

SANAP and IPF continue to work together in conducting scientific research aimed at increase understanding of the natural environment and life in the Antarctic and Southern Ocean through appropriate science and technology.
