Cape Town International Airport best airport in Africa
At the World Travel Awards Africa, which took place in Rwanda earlier this week, Cape Town International Airport (CTIA) was voted Africa's Leading Airport.
Deon Cloete, CTIA general manager said: “Cape Town International Airport is delighted to have received this accolade as it recognises the commitment to excellence shown by the whole of Airports Company South Africa and this particular airport in the last 12 months."
Cloete said October marked the start of the peak season when seasonal carriers launched their summer schedules.
