Drivers in this category provide consistently excellent service to Bolt passengers, with a minimum rating of 4.7 out of 5, over at least 250 trips, required for them to access this ride-type - higher than the 4.5 ratings that is expected of drivers on other ride-types.
Typically, these drivers enjoy higher ratings because they accept trips quickly and arrive at the collection point timeously, offering passengers the kind of reliability they expect when navigating a business day crammed full of appointments and meetings.
The Bolt Comfort ride type is only available via in-app payments.
