New shipping, logistics model
Infor has a new shipping and logistics module, developed in collaboration with its solution partner Pacejet, to provide enhanced shipping, warehouse and logistics controls for managing order fulfilment.
Known as ERP SyteLine, it enables customers to speed and simplify picking, packing and shipping processes to reduce costs, eliminate errors and improve customer service. It has integrated tools that automate shipping steps, improves efficiency, lowers freight expenses and increases visibility across multiple functions and departments.
The system enables companies to respond to requirements for special labelling, paperwork and other services, enhancing customer service. In addition, if users do not select their preferred shipping carrier or service, the system will automatically select the best option to fulfil the order.
