Nigerian cement maker moves into Zambia

Nigeria's largest cement manufacturer, Dangote is expected to start building a US$400 million cement plant in Zambia later this month according to Zambia's Trade and Industry Minister, Felix Mutati.

Construction experts are expected to arrive in the country this month. The new plant will produce at least 1,5-million tons of cement a year. Read more...
