Quantitative research workshop for Nigerian students

The University of Ibadan in Nigeria is hosting a methodological workshop from 24 - 28 August 2009 for Nigerian students and researchers interested in infusing their writing with qualitative data.

The "Fields and Theories of Qualitative Research" workshop aims to provide an occasion for a critical review of contemporary research procedures, tools and theories as seen from an African perspective.

Applicants should submit an application, letter of motivation, statement of their research project, a CV, two reference letters and a letter confirming the institutional affiliation of the applicant.

Deadline for applications is 31 July 2009.
