| Strandveld releases its 2010 SyrahStrandveld Vineyards has released the 2010 vintage of its Rhône-style Syrah. The vineyard is in Elim, a village on the Agulhas Plain in the Western Cape, Africa's southernmost winery and South Africa's youngest wine appellation. Winemaker Conrad Vlok recommends it with roast beef, duck or venison. It sells for R150 at the cellar door and is available at wine shops and restaurants.
