Electric Foo Fever

Hopefully by now all you Foo Fighter lovers have conquered the Computicket hustle and bustle and purchased your tickets. We sure have and are trembling in anticipation. In fact, this whole week we have been feeling somewhat giddy by all the musical goodness that shall be coming our way. Foo Fighters, with the added bonus of English indie rock band Kaiser Chiefs, shall be rocking Cape Town and Joburg early December, while American duo MGMT shall be bringing their special brand of psychedelic rock to Rocking the Daisies and Vodacom in the City in October!

In other international music news, this weekend sees the legendary Dire Straits do their thing for rhino conservation at the Rock4Rhinos concert in Centurion, while award-winning singer-songwriter Tori Amos starts the first leg of her South African tour today.

Happy weekend-ing ya'll!
