One of the most prestigious and dynamic artistic events ever held in Cape Town will take over the Baxter for a weekend in April this year. William Kentridge, Peter Sellars and Wole Soyinka will take the stage at the Baxter theatre, hosted by Michelle Constant, in a panel discussion at the Baxter on 6 April at 8pm. (Book at Computicket for "A unique gathering".) 
The final line-up for We Are One Colour Festival Joburg, to be held at Emmarentia Dam on 6 April, 2013, has been announced. A full line-up of the country's best and most exciting DJs will spin the decks, including: Sadhu Sensi , DJ Mighty, Michael Lesar, DJ Babganoush, Toby2Shoes, Good Luck, Richard The Third, Kid Fonque, and DJ Danger Ingozi. 
SAMA nominee Elvis Blue will be the opening artist for Bon Jovi's South African tour dates. Elvis Blue's journey started when he was a young boy, singing in school choirs and busking on the streets of Joburg and Scotland. After a stint overseas as a street musician, Elvis returned to South Africa where he decided to study contemporary music. While living in George he met the friend whose name he would adopt in 2008. 
Puma has decided to extend the Puma Social Club until 20 September, 2013. The club in Braamfontein is known for hosting hot live acts and providing party-goers with a mix of after-hours sports, local music and late-night fun. 
The Baxter's third Zabalaza Theatre Festival ended with an awards ceremony held on Saturday, 23 March, 2013, in the Baxter Theatre. Artists received awards in 18 different categories for their achievements at the festival, which showcased over 30 productions during its three-week run with over well over 200 participants from all over the Western Cape, Pretoria, Durban and Joburg.
