Competition time
With the delay in the implementation of the Consumer Protection Act, the Marketing Association of SA has sent out an urgent call for any last comments or suggestions with regards to regulations of promotional competitions. If you don't have anything to add, then use this time to make sure your business is compliant with the Act. There's also still time to get your proposals in for changes to the Codes of Advertising Practice, but don't wait too long, submissions close in February.
