Was MD/CEO of Hambali Investments Limited, an investment holding company, having interests in Financial Services, Power Sector, Construction, Real Estate, Technology Infrastructure, Oil and Gas assets and Consultancy Services.
I am part of an investor group lead by Lenux Integrated Resources that, through the first private sector led acquisition of a publicly quoted company, became the core strategic investor of Eterna Plc, a quoted downstream petroleum marketing company, provided the change management that implemented the turnaround plan and strategy that saw Eterna Plc value grow turnover from N250m per year to over N12bn and its market capitalization from N150m to a high of N20bn.
I have an accumulated 22 years of practical experience in the downstream oil and gas industry both in the public and private sectors, holding management and senior positions in Eterna Plc, PPMC, IDSL across several functions in accounting and commercial operations divisions, covering such areas as depot accounts and sales, credit sales schemes for independent oil marketers, strategic product import/export planning, financial management, internal controls & audit and import/export products operations management. I have also had extensive training and experience in international product trade, lubricants & petrochemical business and supply & distribution chain management.
