Clover appointment announcement

Desmond Smith and Sandile Zungu have been appointed to the Clover Industries Limited Board which now comprises 11 producers/shareholder representatives, four executive directors and two independent non-executive directors.

Smith and Zungu also serve as directors on the Clover Danone Beverages Board.
