Exclusive euronews interview: Herman van Rompuy
Alex Taylor (I talk on euronews) interviews the president of the European Council, in public, on the occasion of Europe Day. The talk will be held in the Council Room, where heads of state and government meet.

About Alex Taylor
Alex Taylor is "Mr Europe" in French media. A native of the UK, Taylor has lived in France since 1980 and for the past seven years has also been based in Berlin.
For 25 years, he has produced and presented TV and radio programmes about Europe, working primarily in France but also in the UK and Germany. Amongst other activities, he was head of programmes for the French section of Radio France Internationale from 1996 to 2000 and last year he branched out into a morning programme on France Musique.
Since April 2011, Taylor has been in charge of the euronews programme I talk, interviewing Europe's most prominent political leaders.
