The institute's workshops and coaching services has been designed to enable leaders and managers to fine-tune their leadership skills, take on greater responsibilities in their organisations and to increase their impact through leading and influencing others. The training workshops focuses on critical managerial skills including change management, strategic planning, coaching skills and principled leadership. Each course is expected to develop and enhance skills through practical learning methodology.
The four-day event has been divided into three workshops: leadership fundamentals, leading change and coaching skills for leaders.
The hands-on courses offers attendees a full spectrum of needed skills to effectively lead their organisations. They are expected to gain awareness of different leadership styles, how to effectively influence key people, be able to address planned and unforeseen changes, and prepare high performance teams and sustain their places of production during times of change.
