PocketMedia, described as a form of communication that consumers are able to carry in their wallet, purse or pocket, has been designed to marry advertisers' and marketers' need to break through the clutter, with the consumer's need for more and concise information that is presented in a format that enables them to retain complicated messages.
"PocketMedia, like the Z-CARD, is therefore not so much a product but rather a communication solution that makes use of paper folding techniques to reduce information to a size and format that consumers want to slip into their pockets," says Sandalwala.
The company reckons that its production facility in the UAE means that it will now be able to deliver a communication solution to this market at a competitive price.
Sandalwala says the product's versatility has proved attractive to marketers, advertisers and consumers as the various formats allow for large printed sheets, packed with promotional information, to be rapidly folded down to a credit card or other shape.
