TNT Express Worldwide appoints new MD

Fourie initially came on board TNT as operations director in January 2008, bringing with him a strong logistics background. Prior to joining TNT, he was the national logistics manager for Sony Electronics and regional manager for SkyNet Worldwide Express before taking up a role as national operations manager for RTT Style.

"Kobus has made a significant contribution to TNT, bringing improvements to the company's operational capability," says Dave Spargo, regional manager Africa. "South Africa plays a crucial role in TNT's Southern African operations and the ongoing development of Africa as a whole. As such Kobus' focus areas will include the development of the Southern African road network and overseeing TNT's Namibia operations."
