The results for the period include the results of Conforama Holding S.A for the full reporting period‚ as well the first time consolidation of the JD Group and KAP International Holdings‚ with effect from 1 April 2012.
The results are further supported by solid overall performances from major operating divisions in their local currencies‚ the company said.
Steinhoff will release its results on or about 4 September 2012.
