This statement was made yesterday [17 April 2012] by the managing director, Huawei Mobile in Nigeria, Tony Liang. He said this was part of the company's moves to expand its business operations in the country. He remarked that the smartphones would not just be qualitative; they would be affordable for Nigerians.
The director added that the company was working on developing trade partnerships that would help deepen the penetration of the phones in the country.
