Lüderitz wind project nears completion
The $13.6m Ombepo Wind Farm, near Lüderitz, is expected to add 5MW of renewable power to the Namibian grid by the end of July.
The project is being built by Namibia-registered company, Innosun Energy Holdings, owned by Namibian and French investors, and in which the Lüderitz Town Council holds a 5% stake.
