Malawians now able to buy fuel with Airtel Money
Airtel Malawi announced late last week that it has entered into a partnership with Total, offering Malawians the option to purchase fuel, lubricants or groceries in the service shop using Airtel Money services.

Airtel Malawi MD and board chair for Airtel Money, Saulos Chilima, said the partnership will create synergies for both companies with regards to a wider geographical foot print, better security and improved service which he said would translate into an even better customer experience for both of Airtel and Total customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Apart from paying for fuel using Airtel Money at any Total, Malawians will also be able to load money on their phones, Cash Out, or register as an Airtel Money customer through this partnership.
