Peermont Hotels, Casinos and Resorts has announced the appointment Charlene Ludick as the new regional general manager for Peermont Global Botswana. Ludick will be tasked with providing leadership management and strategic guidance in all facets of the Peermont business with a focus on the group's Botswana-based properties and casinos, including The Grand Palm Hotel, Casino and Convention Resort.
Ludick has almost 30 years of gaming industry experience, having held various gaming positions and managerial and leadership roles. She joined Peermont as a general manager at Thaba Moshate Hotel, Casino and Convention Resort in 2018. "I'm extremely excited about this new venture and feel confident to tackle new challenges and to capitalise on any new opportunities that might present itself," Ludick said on her appointment.
