New appointment at Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group

Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group has announced the appointment of Julius Mukumbya Musoke, previously Principal Counsel at the Africa Development Bank in Tunis, as a partner in its Ugandan firm, AF Mpanga, from 1 December 2012.
