Gemalto to secure Gabon's borders

Gabon's Department of Homeland Security DGDI has selected digital security solutions provider, Gemalto, to secure and manage its borders and visa system.

Gemalto will oversee Gabon's e-Visa service which enables travellers to apply for visas electronically; while Gemalto's Coesys system will secure visa applications and border gates through a number of forms of verfication.
