Over 100 000 users of FNB inContact

First National Bank says it now has over 100 000 users for its free e-mail and SMS service, inContact, which was launched a year ago. These customers receive notification of 1,5m transactions taking place each month. Some 95% prefer to receive their transaction notifications by SMS rather than email.
