Hit-and-run suspect in court

Gauteng filmmaker Andre Birgisson was charged with culpable homicide when he appeared in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court on Wednesday in connection with the alleged hit-and-run killing of CapeTalk station manager, Lucia Venter. He has been granted bail and is to appear in court again on May 28.
