Cell C launches
New cellular company, Cell C, launched this weekend, making 23 000 connections within the first 11 hours of operation. The company also says that they have 228 000 contract users waiting in the wings for the post-paid service terms to be revealed. The exact date for the launch of their contract option is still to be determined, but could be as soon as the end of November.
