Customer is king at craft market

All 81 stall assistants at the African Craft Market in Rosebank recently passed a training programme in customer services and have received certificates for completing the training, which forms part of B&B Markets' ongoing commitment to community upliftment and aims to equip traders with the skills and platform from which to grow and develop their businesses.
