IC Publications partners with The New York Forum Africa
The event, now in its second year, will seek to highlight the measures and programmes required for continued African growth and prosperity. It is seen as an important fixture in this year's international calendar with the expected attendance of over 600 key global and African decision makers, entrepreneurs and experts, and is being held in collaboration with the government of Gabon.
Organised by the influential communications strategist, Richard Attias, the NYF Africa will also host the annual meeting of the heads of state of the CEMAC (Economic Community of Central Africa States) during the three-day forum. CEMAC consists of six member states (Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon) and is aimed to develop the political and economic integration of the region.
IC Publications' managing director, Omar Ben Yedder, said "We are delighted to form this alliance with the NYF Africa as we see this event as a key driver in the continent's transformational and developmental agenda. It is also fitting that such an event should take place in Gabon as the country, with a well structured and articulated vision, has taken the lead in promoting sustainable economic development in the region. We look forward to helping Richard and his team in shining a spotlight on a resurgent Africa."
