Shifting your business forward

Many entrepreneurs reach a point on their entrepreneurial journey where they feel stuck in a rut and are unable to continue moving their businesses forward. Research shows that entrepreneurs have a 96% chance of failing within their first ten years of trading, and 90% of these failures are because the entrepreneur gave up.

In many cases this happens when entrepreneurs can't find the answers they need for their biggest business uncertainties.

The Shift Questions workshop was developed to teach entrepreneurs how to ask the right questions that will lead to unlocking ways to improve their business and its value proposition to clients, thus increasing its relevancy and probability of growth. By asking the right questions, at the right time, and in the right sequence, entrepreneurs can elicit new information which will lead to actions they can take to change their current situation.

Allon Raiz, CEO of Raizcorp, will be hosting a one-day workshop, where he will spend the day guiding entrepreneurs through 100 questions in the Shift Questions workbook. Each question has been carefully crafted to teach entrepreneurs the importance of asking themselves questions and answering them honestly, in order to move their businesses forward.

Raizcorp encourages all entrepreneurs, with small- to medium-sized businesses, to attend this workshop where they will have the opportunity to engage with Raiz, and network with other entrepreneurs.

The workshop takes place on 27 September 2014 at the Focus Rooms in Sunninghill, Johannesburg. Tickets cost R1750 each, which includes a Shift Questions workbook and goodie bag with entrepreneurial items as well as a gourmet meal and refreshments.
