Clinton Bezuidenhout slid into second position with Juan Gerber and Tasmin Pepper taking third and fourth place respectively. Devin Robertson would have been disappointed with his fifth overall after winning the first heat while Justin Oates finished in sixth, just ahead of Jeffrey Kruger, and Darren Oates coming in eighth.

Volkswagen Motorsport driver Jonathan Mogotsi finished ninth overall. His teammate, Kuda Vazhure, finished right on his heels to round out the top 10 in a field of 22 cars.

The next round will be contested on the new tarmac of the Midrand circuit on 21-22 April 2017.
