General Motors will display a record number of concept cars and exotics at the Johannesburg International Auto Show which runs from 1 - 9 November at the National Exhibition Centre in Nasrec, Johannesburg.

The carmaker celebrates its 100th birthday at JIMS with a record number of cars never seen before in South Africa.

These very special vehicles will include examples of mini cars, small cars, family sedans, SUV and MPV models, high performance models and even an advanced propulsion vehicle.

The GM stand in Hall 5 is sure to be a highlight of the show.

In addition, there are special performances twice-daily on the main GM stand and, on the outside 4x4-track, the opportunity to catch a ride in a HUMMER, Captiva or Isuzu KB 4x4 bakkie.
