Lonestar Cell launches new website
Speaking at the formal launch Wednesday at LoneStar Cell headquarters in Congo Town, CEO Babatunde Osho, said the website will allow subscribers to get easy access to various products.
He said the website contains all Lonestar Cell MTN information and subscribers can log in to make requests and suggestions by leaving comments in the box. He urged subscribers to use the new website, saying, "you can access the website anywhere you are, and to promote connectivity between Lonestar Cell and its customers."
Products and Services Manager, Justin Gwalem, who officially launched the website, said it is a new layout and more attractive. He said the facility can be navigated on tablets and smartphones the same way it is on the computer.
Justin noted that the website will help customers to share complaints, adding that the Techblog of the website will enable subscribers to learn how to use their device. According to him, the website will also make subscribers to know how to reduce their data consumption.
He said if a subscriber has 500MB, he or she will be able to know how many emails that megabyte can send and what the 500MD can do. "The website is to bring customers to the digital world", Justin said.
For his part, communication chief, Dr. Laurence Bropleh, said technology is not static, saying, "It got to move to enable users to be informed about every upcoming of Lonestar Cell MTN."
