Each course was elegantly paired with a popular Drambuie cocktail including the Rusty Nail (one part Drambuie, one part Scotch whisky poured over ice) and the Drambuie Braveheart (one part Drambuie mixed with three parts ginger ale served over ice and a wedge of lime or orange), revealing the whisky liqueur's unique flavour and diverse mixability.
