[Loeries] Sunday Loerie Awards 2008 ceremony
On arrival to the Loerie Awards venue, live lounge music accompanied by the rather risque pole dancers got people in the mood for another evening of golden birds. Sunday, 27 July's evenings Loeries was hosted by the SABC. The MC for the night was funny man Riaad Moosa. Three Diana Ross impersonators as well as amazing aerial artists, live orchestra and an accompanying choir kept the audience spellbound. Confetti covered the winners as they collected their awards along with loud cheering and applause.
