Music, fashion and food, this weekly wrap up and events announcements of all things Lifestyle is abound with these three topics. In music news the 2014 Wawela Music Award winners are announced, congrats to all! This weekend sees Johhny Clegg and Shortstraw perform at Old Mutual Music in the Gardens and American indi-pop artist Laura Burhenn starts her national tour in Cape Town tonight. The Dullstroom Winter Festival in Mpumalanga kicks off tomorrow and the Durban July is set to entertain this Saturday.

In fashion news we report back on the MBFWCT Media Briefing, Missibaba Colour Block Launch and Skinny laMinx launch in photographic form. While in foodie news the winner of the 2014 Wolftrap Steakhouse Championships is crowned, Eugene Yiga celebrates Haute Cabrièr's 20th Birthday and Nina Timm shares her Easy Peasy Venison Pie recipe.

Mother City DJs to play at Glastonbury
It has been announced that two Cape Town DJs are to play at this year's Glastonbury Festival 2014. Thibo Tazz, an urban deep and contemporary house DJ, and DJ/producer, DJ Fosta have been named to the line-up of Silver Hayes, formerly known as the dance village at Glastonbury.
