Duties:

? Monitoring and analyzing market trends and integrating marketing campaigns.
? Uses customer relationship management tools (CRM) to improving business relationships with customers, assisting in
customer retention and sales growth.
? Promoting brand image and close sales by building effective communications and marketing strategy.
? Communicate with clients and merchants to improve and develop business relationships cordially, in addition to
maintaining constant follow-up on their feedback.
? Using market knowledge to influence decisions regarding customer pricing and sales
programs.
? Advancing the company's strategic positioning with key accounts and strategically
important geographies. Establishing and growing various marketing channels.
? Carrying out effective research and intelligence into competitor products and other trends.
? Ensuring that every campaign is communicated and understood by staff and across the business.
? Promoting brand image and close sales by building effective sales and communications strategy.
? Online campaigns, web site, use of digital/social media: Facebook twitter, Google+ etc. to recruit new customers,
announce brand actions, inform and engage stake holders about commuted actions and build new relations with
customers.
