Having grown up across Southern Africa, I have been exposed to a great deal of diversity and find myself easily adaptable. Running a small business has provided me with many valuable life lessons and I aspire to learn more each day.
Myself and six other partners started a small business as a requirement of my Postgraduate Diploma in Management, which specialised in Entrepreneurship. I have had the opportunity to gain entrepreneurial experience and put the theory into action. My partners and I came across many challenges as we had to find the balance between our studies and the business.
Reflection was an important part of the year, there were many lessons learned and we have gained a useful set of entrepreneurial skills. Personal growth was a huge part of this journey and I look forward to working with an organisation with a shared purposeful vision.
