Asrin Property Developers breaks ground on Cedar Place development

All the units in Cedar Place have granite countertops, ceramic tiles and laminated wood flooring, stainless steel ovens, hobs and extractor hoods, and anodised aluminium windows and sliding doors. Units will have solar panel water heating, and all apartments are Wi-Fi and DStv-enabled. The complex will have a refuse room, laundry drying yards, perimeter electric fencing and paved and landscaped open areas. There will be a guardhouse and the development will have full access control at the entrance and exit.
