World Cup media get discounted cars

As the official transport provider for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, Hyundai Motor Company, in a co-promotion with one of the biggest car rental companies in South Africa, is offering a special deal for the media visiting the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

By registering their details on Hyundai's World Cup micro-site, FIFA World Cup worldwide accredited media can rent a vehicle at a discounted rate.

For information and reservations visiting media should go to fifaworldcup.hyundai.com/main_en.aspx and browse the 'HYUNDAI'/Media Vehicle Service' menu option.

In line with this, Hyundai South Africa has also arranged for this service to be extended to non-accredited South African media who are attending a soccer game and may be in need of transport.

Local scribes should contact Europcar on +27 (0) 11 574 1000 to arrange discounted rates.

When making a booking local media should follow one of two routes - HYUNDAI1 - Collecting from the airport, or HYUNDAI2 - Non-airport collection.
