Kubica completed a full day's testing with Renault - in a 2012 Lotus E20 car - at the Ricardo Tormo track in Valencia, Spain.
Throughout the day, Renault posted teasing tweets suggesting that Kubica might be getting back behind the wheel:

According to reports, Renault hasn't commented on whether he's returning to action but, inevitably, his secretive test drive has prompted speculation that he might be seeking a full-time return to the sport.
