New structure at Avis after Duvenage's resignation

A management decision has been taken at Avis not to replace Duvenage, but to rather have the position absorbed by Rankin.

Rankin, who was also instrumental in appointing Duvenage in 2006, joined Avis in 1998 and has held various positions within the group before being appointed into the position of chief executive of Avis in 2004.
