Great Engine Protection for The Sharks Academy

On 8 March 2014 Kings Park stadium erupted into cheers from 40,000 rugby fans before the Sharks vs Lions match even commenced as G.U.D. Holdings presented a cheque of R1 million to The Sharks Academy.

The partnership between the leading automotive parts manufacturer and the training academy is now in its third year with G.U.D. Holdings remaining the largest player sponsor of The Sharks Academy.

Red Shuttleworth, CEO at G.U.D. Holdings awarded the cheque to The Sharks Academy Managing Director and former Springbok, Etienne Fynn. "We are proud to be associated with such a renowned sports training academy and are confident that our investment will not only be beneficial to the players themselves but to South African sport as well." said Red Shuttleworth.

G.U.D. Holdings is committed to youth development in South Africa and highlights this with a focus on education. They also support Christel House South Africa and several schools in the Durban area.
