VW appoints new communications head
Matt Gennrich has been appointed general manager of Volkswagen Communications.

Gennrich takes over from Bill Stephens who will be retiring at the end of April after more than 30 years in VW brand advertising, marketing, sales and public relations.
Matt is currently general manager: franchise operations and has been with Volkswagen Group SA for 30 years in the PR, Sales and marketing divisions.
He spent three years of his career in the PR communications division at VW's headquarters in Wolfsburg, Germany. Matt will be based in Johannesburg.
