2017 SITEisfaction survey celebrates Capitec as Best Digital Bank

Modern independent insights agency Columinate has revealed the results of its sixth annual Internet Banking SITEisfaction® survey, highlighting Capitec's steady rise to securing the top spot in the digital banking category, ousting FNB as the category owners. Capitec also secured top honours in the Mobile Banking category, but FNB beat the newcomer by a nose (0.8 percentage points) to hold on to the top position in the Internet Banking category.

The Australian data analytics and marketing services company Skyfii has signed a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with the Woolworths Group and has already rolled out its ‘IO' Software as a Service (SaaS) platform subscription data analytics services to 126 stores.
