Oscar's business is built around his image which has been irrevocably tarnished. As such, it is fair to say that there is not future value in the Oscar Pistorious brand. Having said that, you need only look at Nike to realize that tragedies like this can be overcome. Although I can only speak from an anecdotal perspective, I am no less likely to buy Nike products now, than I was before all these incidents.
