Springsteen mania and free beer!

Top story this week is an interview with recently returned from the states singer/songwriter Michael Lowman. We chat about his debut album Crayon Boxes. In other music news, an extra Cape Town date has been added to Bruce Springsteen's SA tour after both previous CT dates sold out in a matter of minutes. Tickets went on sale this morning for the new date and it seems concert number three is heading to sold out city, if not already. Also, the five talented finalists have been announced for #FutureMusic Rising.

Just in time for imminent holiday travelling time, Brian Berkman reviews The Mount Nelson Hotel using James B Sherwood's list of what makes a five-star hotel great, and Evan-lee Courie reports back on the glitzy launch of the curiously named Scotch whiskey; Monkey Shoulder which took place at the House of Machines in Cape Town.

This week we have tickets to give away to the Cape Town Festival of Beer at Hamilton's Rugby Club in Green Point, and SPOTLIGHT Exclusives featuring G-Force at Chukkachurri in Cape Town!
