Gangs of Kick-Ass

We recently met up with rising stars, Durban-born band Gangs of Ballet to find out more about new album yes/no/grey. In other music news, Seether is announced to tour Cape Town, Durban and Joburg in November, and Holi Festival (not to be confused with the WE ARE ONE festival) announced their Cape Town dates.

Daniel Dercksen reviews no less than three films; the stage-for-screen adaptation of Great Expectations, charming film The English Teacher, and the adrenaline-filled Kick-Ass sequel. In theatre news, Eugene Yiga gives his feedback on Jazzart Dance Theatre's restaging of Waiting for Rain, and interviews comedian Siv Ngesi about popular comedy show Race Card.

Travel contributor Brian Berkman enjoys living it up at Sun City - a Disneyland for adults, and motoring editor Henrie Geyser reviews the new Nissan Almera.

Tickets to the White Mountain Festival in KZN are still up for grabs. Get on it!
